DESCRIPTION:Beautiful sisters. \nAs we move into the beautiful spring months\, and Mumma earth begins to stir with all her fertile life once more … \nWhat better time for us to celebrate the sacredness of being a woman\,  pleasure and the divine sensuality of our our feminine souls \nJoin myself and my dear friend Helen Greenway\, at Pennan Roundhouse\, to cosy up around the crackling fire\, in a little candle lit temple\, to unravel and be held in the safest\, most loving space\, in this intimate ceremony. \nOf course\, mamma cacao\, will be our heart opening guide\, to help us strip away conditioning and shame that we hold around our bodies and our womb deep truth. \nOur shameful secrets have been silenced for too long now\, and we will open up the space in a really deep RAWWRRR sharing circle\, for you to  drop in and be seen and heard\, heart to heart\, womb to womb\, yoni to yoni. \nWe are all on such different parts of our journey\, and wherever you are you are so welcome here. \nWe will guide you into a deep womb journey\, connecting to the very essence and compass of your divine feminine power centre. \nAs we move into this portal\, we will take time to acknowledge the parts of self we no longer wish to carry forward\, by making medicine bundles\, for those old versions of ourselves that we have grown out of\, the old skins that we are ready to shed\, offering them fire to transmute. \nRaising our energy with some potent kundalini breathwork and followed by a candle lit naked dip\, to wash away the old\, rebirthing and reclaiming\, our place as strong\, soft \,sovereign and sensual goddesses’. \nThere will be beautiful and sensual tantric partner practices\, allowing  you to really open and soften\, and feel safe in your body and asking for what you want. \nThe ceremony will come to a climatic end\, as we blast out sexy tunes\, allowing us to really dance\, in this safe container\, letting your truest expression come through (we invite you to dance in lingerie/naked or whatever you feel alive in..) \nThis is a celebration of femininity\, an appreciation of all that it is to be a woman\, weaving a magical dance of love\, trust and surrender. \nWe will end with decadent cacao cake and fruit\, and sing medicine songs to carry our prayers into the collective consciousness. \nAwomben !!!! \nSpaces are very limited so please book well in advance. \nDress in whatever makes you feel sexy\, it can get hotttt in the roundhouse so bring layers. \nPlease also bring a mug\, water\, cushions/sheepskin/blanket\, to get comfy on. \nBursary tickets available at £33\, please contact me to claim.

DESCRIPTION:Blessings beautiful souls… \nAs the wheel of the year turns once more\, and Mumma Earth unfurls her beauty\, fertility and love\, and we watch the shoots and the blossoms appear. It is always a time of great hope\,new beginnings\, new love and a time to plant the seeds of our intention. \nIt’s also time to gather the tribe\, and sing and dance barefoot upon our land\, channeling our prayers and light codes back into the the collective consiousness. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMarking the sacred time when days and nights are in perfect harmony and balance\, it’s time for us to honour our miraculous earth in all its splendor.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPennan roundhouse is the perfect spot\, to retreat from your worries and responsibilities\, and unravel\, being held in such a safe space\, and magical things happen in these sacred spaces. \nWe will be guided as always by Mumma cacao\, as she holds us tightly and opens our hearts\, to  possibilities and the truth of who we really are. \nFestivities will begin in the roundhouse\, with the opening of a potent energetic container\, I will guide you through a deep meditation\, allowing time afterwards for integration and journaling. As always we will have a  sharing circle to allow us to connect deeply to our community. At the heart of all of these events is the deep need for connection\, and to bring people together in their truth to create a better reality for us all. We will  move into traditional rituals to honour this sacred time of year. \nRaising the vibration with potent breathwork and song before handing over the prayer stick to my beautiful soul sister DJ Monuriki\, as she guides us on a deep magical journey invoking the elemental energies of air\, weaving harmonious melodies\, echoing nature’s cyclical rhythms of renewal and change in a sacred musical journey of juicy folktronica\, Tribal\, African and Spanish beats with liquid drum and bass. \nEnding the evening with medicine songs around the fire\, with a feeling of such great joy and connection\, with our hearts full of the deepest reverence for all that is. \nWe love to share a little feast afterwards\, so if you’re able\, please bring a little vegan/ vegetarian dish to share\, and a bowl and spoon. \nPlease also bring\, a cup\, journal and pen\, lots of layers\,(as it can get very warm in the roundhouse) blankets/cushion/sheepskin to make your own little nest . \nTickets are really limited so please book in advance \n(Some bursary tickets are available for £33\, please contact me directly) \nPennan roundhouse. When did you stop finding comfort in the sweet territory of silence ?” \n-Gabrielle Roth \nJoin me\, for this juicy celebration of expression\,once a month @The Oasis\, Methodist Church on Pargolla Rd\, Newquay for our Song and Cacao evenings. \nDropping in with a heart coherence meditation\, to lay out our healing prayers into Mumma Earth and into the collective consciousness.
